No Cash Refunds. We offer exchange or store credit only.

Return Window UAE orders: 14 days from the date of delivery.

International orders: All sales are final no returns or exchanges.

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for

180 days

from the date of issue

It cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash under any circumstances

The

original store credit document must be presented

at the time of redemption lost or damaged documents will not be replaced

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at Limited Store.

Return Conditions Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused, In original packaging with all tags attached, Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or signs of wear, Items that do not comply will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

Return Methods

In-store Returns:

Visit our Abu Dhabi showroom to return without any return fee applies.

Via courier Returns:

AED 20 shipping fee, must be paid to courier and cannot be deducted from store credit or return exchange balance.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Exchange on sale items or gift cards.

- always mention your invoice/order number and the email or mobile used for the purchase.

Exceptions / non-Exchangeable items :

Certain types of items cannot be Exchanged (such as Underwear, Scarf & Shelah or Under-Shelah ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids , perfumes or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues .

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours maximum if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Discounted Purchases on promotions :

Purchases of promotional items can be exchanged within 3 days only.

Free Delivery:
in case if you got free delivery for orders above certain amount this promotion will be applicable only for new purchase and in case of exchange or return it will be subjected to return fees.
