Exchange Policy :
We have a 15-days Exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange .
Sale items can be exchanged within 3 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange.
"To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase."
Exchange Shipping Fees:
” Any exchange within UAE will be subjected to delivery charge of 20AED
Exchange is accepted through the physical store.
Unfortunately, All international orders cannot be exchanged or refunded .

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours maximum if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-Exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be Exchanged (such as Underwear, Scarf & Shelah or Under-Shelah ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids , perfumes or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Exchange on sale items or gift cards.
